Dynamic Electrical is a Malaysian manufacturer specializing in Busbar Trunking Systems (Busduct), serving industrial, commercial, infrastructure and data center projects across Southeast Asia.

We are looking for motivated university and college students who are eager to gain practical industry experience and contribute to real projects.

Available Internship Positions

1. Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Intern

• Assist in busduct design and technical drawings.
• Support manufacturing process improvement.
• Participate in quality control and product testing.
• Assist with AutoCAD, SolidWorks and engineering documentation.

2. Industrial Automation / Production Intern

• Assist in factory automation and production improvement projects.
• Support PLC, sensors and equipment integration.
• Participate in production KPI monitoring.
• Assist in developing smart manufacturing solutions.

3. IT / AI / Software Development Intern

• Assist in developing internal digital systems.
• Support AI automation and business applications.
• Participate in website and quotation platform development.
• Explore AI solutions for manufacturing operations.

4. Business Development / Marketing Intern

• Support Southeast Asian market research.
• Assist with digital marketing and social media.
• Support international distributor development.
• Participate in AI-powered marketing and customer acquisition projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Familiarity with relevant software is an advantage.
• Fresh ideas and problem-solving skills are welcome.
