Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the outlet supervisor in managing daily operations.
• Supervise and guide service crew members.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling and task allocation.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Support stock control and inventory management.

Requirements:

• Previous F&B experience is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
