Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and motivated Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team!

This role offers hands-on experience in sales, business development, digital marketing, and customer engagement across FashRevo (fashion retail & e-commerce) and uShopUS (international shipping & parcel forwarding).

You will play an important role in driving sales growth, building brand awareness, managing customer relationships, and executing marketing activities across various digital platforms.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with customers, creating engaging content, exploring new business opportunities, and contributing ideas to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development
• Generate new sales opportunities through customer outreach and business development activities.
• Identify and approach potential resellers, business partners, and corporate customers.
• Manage WhatsApp broadcasts, promotional messages, and customer follow-ups.
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP and VVIP customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries across WhatsApp, social media, and other sales channels.
• Support sales targets, customer retention, and business growth initiatives.
• Marketing & Digital Content
• Create, edit, and publish marketing content, including videos, images, captions, blogs, and promotional materials.
• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding activities.
• Prepare email marketing materials and promotional messages.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Explore creative ideas to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and sales conversions.
• Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
• Maintain professional and responsive communication with customers across digital platforms.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to encourage sales and repeat purchases.
• Provide product and service information to customers in a clear and helpful manner.
• Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with the relevant team to resolve issues.
• Escalate complex customer matters to Management when necessary.
• Reporting & General Responsibilities
• Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, marketing activities, and customer feedback.
• Monitor sales and marketing activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend new ideas to improve sales performance, customer experience, and brand visibility.
• Work closely with team members to support the Company's business objectives.
• Perform other relevant duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in sales, digital marketing, content creation, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, video editing, or other content creation tools is an advantage.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and conducting sales follow-ups.
• Creative, proactive, organised, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
