We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer specialising in performance testing to assess application performance, identify bottlenecks, and ensure system reliability under different workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Conduct load, stress, endurance, and performance regression testing.
• Analyse test results, identify performance issues, and recommend improvements.
• Develop performance test scenarios and reusable testing frameworks.
• Test REST and SOAP APIs using tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
• Perform SQL Server integration and system testing.
• Manage test cases, defects, and test execution using Jira, Xray, or ALM.
• Prepare performance reports with findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–9 years of experience in Quality Assurance, including 4–5 years of hands-on performance testing.
• Strong experience with JMeter and/or LoadRunner.
• Knowledge of load, stress, endurance, and regression testing.
• Experience with API testing, SQL Server, and test management tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
