Comfortable shooting and editing social media content

Able to write like a real person, not every reply needs to sound like a corporate statement

Quick enough to catch opportunities while the conversation is still relevant

Able to switch tone depending on the account, audience and situation

Curious about trends, internet culture and what people are talking about

Able to manage deadlines and work in a fast-moving environment

Experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, public relations or communications is an advantage

Create social media content from idea to execution

Shoot and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook

Develop fresh content ideas, angles, captions and social media copy

Plan and manage social media content calendars

Manage day-to-day social media accounts for our clients and affiliates

Respond to comments and online conversations in a way that feels natural, relevant and true to the account’s voice

Know when to be witty, when to be serious, when to engage and when not to

Spot trends, memes and conversations that our clients and affiliates can naturally be part of

Monitor what people are saying online and identify opportunities to respond or create content around it

Work with designers, content creators and internal teams to bring ideas to life

Track content performance and support social media campaigns from planning to execution
