Job Descriptions:

• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employee changes, leave and offboarding.
• Prepare and validate payroll inputs and employee changes, working closely with payroll vendors to resolve queries.
• Handle employee and manager queries and resolve HR operational matters.
• Ensure HR processes, records and documentation are accurate, compliant and up to date.
• Prepare P&C reports and support audits and process improvements.
• Manage employee surveys using Qualtrics, including survey setup, launch, dashboards and reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• At least 4-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist.
• Knowledge of payroll and employee benefits is preferred.
• Applicant with experience supporting multiple countries or business functions is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Meticulous, reliable, organised and adaptable.
• Applicant with experience with HR systems, reporting tools and Qualtrics is an advantage.
