Multi-Role Infrastructure Support Engineer | Malaysia

Location:Shah Alam |Onsite
Employment: Full-Time

Role Overview:
We are looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer to manage onsite IT support, network and server operations, while supporting regional L2/L3 teams on local projects and changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365, printers & end-user devices.

• Handle IT asset lifecycle / IMAC – onboarding, transfers & offboarding.

• Support LAN/WAN/WLAN, switches, routers and firewall operations.

• Manage Windows & Linux servers, patching, monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Handle VMware, backup, storage and recovery operations.

• Coordinate with ISPs, vendors and facility teams for infrastructure issues.

• Support local implementation of projects and changes with regional/global IT teams.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / System / Network Support.

• Strong hands-on experience with Windows/Linux Servers.

• Good knowledge of LAN/WAN, Firewall, VPN & networking.

• Experience with VMware, Backup & Storage preferred.

• Strong troubleshooting and vendor coordination skills.

• Malaysian/local candidates preferred.

• Willing to work onsite in Shah Alam
