Degree in Accounting / ACCA / CPA / MIA, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of Finance Management in Sizable / Group of Companies / Public Listed Co.

Prior working experience in a Big 4 audit firm is an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of IFRS/MFRS, tax regulations and Group financial reporting standards.

Knowledge in Group Consolidation is a plus but not mandatory.

Good leadership, meticulous and able to work in fast paced environment.

Written and spoken EnglishandMandarin are required to support business needs.

Lead monthly management accounts and financial analysis reports, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Group reporting requirements and regulatory standards.

Responsible and lead the treasury activities, including cash flow planning and treasury activities to ensure optimal liquidity management.

Coordinate with Business Unit and subsidiary finance teams to compile financial data, perform detailed monthly variance analysis, identify key performance drivers, monitor action plans with BU heads and provide commentaries on Group financial performance.

Overseeing the day-to-day finance operations and functions to ensure efficient and effective practices.

Enhance and improve financial reporting format and system. Identify gaps or areas for standardization and to formulate accounting policies and procedures including automation of reporting process to improve the overall finance operation and reporting.

Develop and implement strong internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.

Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, regulatory bodies, bankers, company secretary and lawyers for audit/tax/banking/legal matters.

Always be alert and keep track of important datelines, resourcefully and proactively complete required working papers.
