Dash Touch Solutions / DST POS is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Operations Executive to support our growing POS-system business. This role combines on-site operational support (approximately 30%) with customer service, coordination, and technical support (approximately 70%).

You will be an important point of contact for our customers—helping them get the most from their POS systems, resolving issues promptly, coordinating service requests, and ensuring every installation or support case is handled professionally.

Key Responsibilities

● Provide day-to-day customer support through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and remote assistance.

● Handle customer enquiries, POS-system issues, service requests, and follow-ups in a timely manner.

● Record, track, and coordinate support tickets with the technical and operations teams.

●  Conduct on-site visits for POS installation, basic setup, customer training, troubleshooting, servicing, and project support.

● Assist customers with POS hardware, printers, barcode scanners, payment devices, and related system components.

● Coordinate appointment schedules, service jobs, deliveries, installation activities, and customer handovers.

●  Follow up with customers after installation or service to ensure issues are resolved and customer satisfaction is maintained.

● Prepare simple service reports, job updates, customer records, and internal operational documentation.

● Support the team in improving service processes and maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
