Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

• At least 4 years of working experience in QA/QC activities for construction projects.

• Good understanding of Quality Management Systems and risk management practices.

• Intermediate knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural works is required.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Project will be an added advantage.

• Strong ability to prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of the Quality Management System across all project activities.

• Work independently and ensure proper project execution at every phase in accordance with the client’s quality requirements.

• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and contractual requirements.

• Prepare and maintain quality control statistics and quality reports.

• Maintain proper quality control filing systems and documentation.

• Follow up with contractors to ensure all quality-related issues are properly resolved and closed.
