We are seeking a energetic and sales-driven Retail Executive - Fashion to take charge of our boutique/outlet operations. In this role, you will lead frontline fashion advisors, drive daily sales targets, and maintain high standards of visual merchandising and customer service. If you have a passion for fashion, a proven track record of boosting store sales, and experience managing a team, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Target Achievement:

• Lead the store team to consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
• Monitor individual and store-wide sales metrics, average basket size, and conversion rates to implement effective up-selling and cross-selling strategies.

Team Leadership & Coaching:

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate retail sales associates and part-time staff.
• Conduct daily briefings on targets, new fashion arrivals, and promotional campaigns.

Merchandising & Inventory Control:

• Maintain brand-compliant visual merchandising displays, window setups, and mannequin styling to attract shoppers.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized styling advice and customer service to build brand loyalty and repeat purchases.

Customer Experience:

• Deliver exceptional, personalized styling advice and customer service to build brand loyalty and repeat purchases.

Planning & Creative Ideas:

• Generate creative sales ideas, plan ahead for upcoming company promotions, and execute strategies for future warehouse sales.

Operations & Scheduling:

• Handle proactive staff scheduling and roster planning to match peak foot traffic hours.

Cash Management:

• Control register cash flow, oversee daily store closing, and ensure accurate balancing with zero discrepancies.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in retail, with verifiable background holding a Team Leader, Store Supervisor.
• Skills: Strong commercial awareness, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leadership skills, problem solving skills.
• Attributes: Passionate about fashion trends, target-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working retail hours (weekends and public holidays).

Availability: Able to commence work by Immediately in 2026.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
