• Supervise and coordinate daily pest control activities within the warehouse and facility.
• Monitor pest control programmes to ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene standards and client requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of warehouse, storage and surrounding areas to identify pest activity and potential risks.
• Coordinate and monitor pest control technicians and service providers.
• Ensure pest control treatments are carried out safely and according to approved procedures.
• Maintain proper records of pest control inspections, treatments, findings and corrective actions.
• Monitor pest activity and identify recurring issues, implementing appropriate preventive measures.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, Quality and Facility teams on pest control matters.
• Follow up on pest control service reports and ensure corrective actions are completed within the required timeframe.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and usage of pest control chemicals and equipment.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure scheduled services are completed as planned.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate pest control documentation.
• Investigate pest-related complaints or findings and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Conduct regular toolbox briefings and guide technicians on safety and operational procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a clean, safe and pest-free warehouse environment.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in pest control, warehouse hygiene, facility management or a related field.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, FMCG, pharmaceutical or regulated environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of pest control methods, chemical handling and workplace safety.
• Familiar with documentation, inspection records and corrective action procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work with contractors, technicians and internal operational teams.
• Willing to work shifts or outside normal working hours when required.
• Possess a valid driving licence if site travel is required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
