Customer Service Executive (Aesthetic)

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, responsible and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our aesthetic team.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be responsive to customer inquiries and be able to assist customers with information about our aesthetic services and appointment arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and social media platforms.
• Provide information about aesthetic treatments, services, packages and promotions.
• Follow up with potential customers and assist with appointment bookings.
• Manage and confirm customer appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up status.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth appointment arrangements.
• Handle customer feedback and inquiries professionally.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks when required.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in customer service, aesthetic clinics, beauty or wellness industry is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, patient, responsible and responsive.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp and social media.
• Basic computer and administrative skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Working Schedule & Location

• Monday – Friday: Office-based at Bandar Sunway, Selangor.
• Saturday & Sunday: Flexible remote support to check and respond to WhatsApp inquiries when necessary.
• Future Work Location: Kota Damansara, Selangor, once the new office is operational.
