• Minimum SPM (Hospitality qualification is an advantage).

• 1–2 years of Front Desk, Reception, Hospitality, or Customer Service experience. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Friendly, well-groomed, and customer service-oriented.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Immediate starters are an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out.

• Handle front desk operations and answer guest enquiries.

• Manage phone calls, bookings, and customer requests.

• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure smooth hotel operations.

• Resolve guest concerns professionally and deliver excellent customer service.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
