This candidate will be responsible for understanding and interpreting customers' requirements from India, ensuring effective communication and proper execution of those requirements throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, mechanical engineering major preferred

• 2+ years of relevant experience in product engineering or R&D engineering

• Strong understanding of manufacturing documentation and procedures

• Problem-solving mindset with good communication skills

• Receive and interpret customer drawings and technical documents

• Convert external requirements into internal documents for sampling, evaluation, and quotation

• Design production process flows and create SOPs for manufacturing

• Prepare and maintain APQP-related documents and support project reviews

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
