Job Responsibilities

1. Farm Operations & Maintenance

• Carry out daily farming activities, including planting, transplanting, harvesting, and crop maintenance.
• Maintain hydroponic systems and greenhouse facilities.
• Monitor plant growth, water circulation, and basic nutrient conditions.
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of farming equipment.
• Assist with pest and disease prevention activities.

2. Hydroponic System Installation & Piping

• Assist in installing and assembling hydroponic farming systems at project sites.
• Perform PVC piping work, including measuring, cutting, joining, and fitting pipes.
• Install and maintain water pumps, piping connections, tanks, and irrigation systems.
• Follow technical drawings and installation instructions provided by the project supervisor.
• Identify and repair basic piping leaks and water circulation issues.

3. Project & Site Support

• Support greenhouse installation, maintenance, and upgrading projects.
• Travel to customer project sites within Klang Valley when required.
• Assist with equipment preparation, loading, installation, and site housekeeping.
• Work closely with the project and operations team to complete assigned tasks.

Job Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in farming, agriculture, hydroponics, greenhouse operations, or related fields.
• Practical piping experience is required, particularly PVC piping installation, repair, or maintenance.
• Education: Diploma, certificate, SPM, or equivalent qualifications. Higher qualifications are not required.
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel to project sites within Klang Valley.
• Willing to perform hands-on farming and installation work, including outdoor activities and physical tasks.
• Able to use basic hand tools and follow technical instructions.
• Responsible, hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Good working attitude, teamwork, and reliability are essential.
• Able to work independently on assigned tasks with appropriate guidance.
