The Role
Driving order excellence from receipt through to fulfilment, you'll lead a dedicated team and deliver measurable impact across the business.
- Manage the full order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, SLA adherence, and policy compliance
- Lead, coach, and set clear performance goals for a team of order management professionals
- Serve as the senior escalation point for complex order and fulfilment challenges
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
- Monitor and report on KPIs including Perfect Order Rate, Order Cycle Time, and Service Level Achievement
- Maintain ERP system effectiveness and master data integrity across customers, products, and pricing
Operational depth, combined with the confidence and credibility to lead.
- 7+ years across Order Management, Customer Operations, or Order-to-Cash processes
- Minimum 3-5 years in a people leadership capacity
- Proficiency with ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Exposure to a Shared Services or Global Business Services environment is an advantage
