AMK Technology is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager on behalf of our subsidiary company, Fishlah Sdn Bhd, operating in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.

The role will oversee quality assurance and quality control operations at our Central Kitchen, ensuring food safety, product quality and compliance with relevant food safety standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing quality management systems, monitoring food production processes, conducting audits and ensuring consistent quality across all food preparation and production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for central kitchen operations.
• Monitor food preparation, production, storage and handling processes.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, MeSTI and relevant food safety regulations.
• Conduct regular quality inspections, internal audits and food safety assessments.
• Identify, investigate and resolve quality-related issues and product non-conformities.
• Establish and monitor hygiene, sanitation and food safety procedures.
• Oversee raw material inspections and finished product quality checks.
• Maintain proper quality assurance documentation and reports.
• Lead, train and supervise the QA/QC team.
• Work closely with kitchen, procurement and operations teams to maintain consistent product quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety, Microbiology or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in QA/QC, preferably in food manufacturing, food production or central kitchen operations.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, MeSTI and food safety regulations.
• Experience in conducting food safety audits and implementing quality management systems.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in a central kitchen environment.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
