• Own transport (required for site visits)

Working Hours:

• 9:30 am - 5:30 pm

• 6 days per week, including 5 days in the office and 1 day work from home

What You’ll Do

• Source and secure new property partnerships (co-living / homestay.

• Present our business model & value proposition to property owners

• Conduct site visits and evaluate unit potential

• Prepare proposals, rental projections & close deals

• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners

• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

• Basic + Commission can earn up to RM 6k
