任职资格

  • Degree holders in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in accounting or finance or related
  • Able to work independently and manage deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, Responsibility, Calmness and Patience (cross-department coordination)
  • Experience as an accountant at a travel agency is preferred
  • Familiarity with Isotech (eTravel System) is preferred
  • Familiarity with Infotech - HR System preferred
  • Projects Involving International Money Transfers

岗位职责

  • Handle full set accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, month-end closing)
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports
  • Ensure compliance and timely submission of e-invoicing requirements
  • Maintain cash flow reports
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, audit & tax matters
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries
  • Manage in payroll processing, HR and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.)
  • International Money Transfers
