Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, Property Development, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of marketing in real estate experience, though fresh graduates with strong portfolios are regularly encouraged to apply.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator), and video editing. Familiarity with SEO/SEM and social media management is a strong advantage.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a proactive attitude toward learning and working in a fast-paced environment.

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms. Help manage content for property websites, brochures, e-newsletters, and digital ads.

Develop strategies to capture and nurture leads. Track campaign data, evaluate performance, and assist with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system tracking.

Support the planning and execution of sales launches, roadshows, and show-gallery/model-unit activations.

Conduct property market surveys, competitor analysis, and monitor property market trends to provide consumer preference insights to the team.

Work closely with the sales team, creative agencies, and vendors to ensure marketing collaterals and advertising materials are delivered accurately and on time.
