Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Media, Creative Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.

Experience managing business social media accounts is an advantage.

Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

Comfortable taking photos and videos using a smartphone or camera.

Able to create engaging and creative content suitable for social media.

Good understanding of current social media trends, especially Reels, TikTok, Stories, and short-form video content.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Able to work under pressure and meet tight content deadlines, including taking, editing, and publishing content on time.

Willing to work on-site at the swim school to capture photos and videos during swimming classes and activities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative, proactive, energetic, and willing to suggest new ideas.

Flexible to support occasional events or activities outside normal content schedules.

Experience in the swimming, sports, fitness, education, or family-related industry is an added advantage.

Manage and maintain the swim school’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

Plan and create engaging social media content that promotes the swim school, swimming programmes, classes, events, promotions, and activities.

Take high-quality photos and videos of swimming lessons, students, coaches, events, facilities, and day-to-day activities.

Create creative and engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, posts, and short-form videos.

Edit photos and videos for social media using appropriate editing tools and software.

Develop monthly/weekly content plans and maintain a consistent posting schedule.

Write engaging captions, social media copy, and appropriate hashtags.

Monitor social media trends and identify creative opportunities to increase engagement and reach.

Ensure content is produced, edited, approved, and posted within the required deadlines.

Keep the swim school’s social media pages active, professional, visually appealing, and aligned with the brand.

Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement, and respond appropriately when required.

Support promotional campaigns, events, seasonal activities, and marketing initiatives.

Work closely with the management and coaching team to gather information and create relevant content.

Track basic social media performance, including reach, engagement, views, followers, and content performance.

Continuously develop new content ideas to increase brand awareness, engagement, and enquiries.
