Responsibilities
Manage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, stock return and other logistics processes
Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost
Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met
Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements
Partner and communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers
Manage and develop logistics staff/ team
Create and manage budgets

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, transportation, or any related field
At least 3 years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations
Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles
Strong team player

Able to monitor logistic operation during weekends when is necessary.

Monitor the cleanliness and safety at the compound of the warehouse property.
Ability to manage, coach, and provide training for direct reports
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
Working knowledge of logistics and inventory software
Responsible for the safety management of warehousing materials, organize supervision to check the safety measures of the warehouse, according to daily inventory, master real-time effective inventory, analyze the reasons for inventory differences and provide rectification plans;

工作职责：
负责中央仓库管理，合理规划，使仓库得到充分使用，制定仓库工作目标及发展规划；
制定仓储管理规范及流程并协调、控制及监督执行情况，包括：运输、仓储、配送、车辆管理、退货管理等，监控仓库管理，控制库存成本；
通过数据分析，拟订完善的商品质量管理办法与作业程序；
负责仓储物资的安全管理，组织监督对仓库的安全措施进行检查，根据每日盘点，掌握实时有效库存，分析库存差异原因并提供整改方案；

任职资格：
至少3年物流管理经验，有电器物流行业背景为佳
有良好的团队合作精神；
具备独立的分析和解决问题的能力；
良好的沟通技巧和说服能力，能承受较大的工作压力，责任心强。

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
