1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory coordination (manufacturing experience is a plus).

Good organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage warehouse tasks and coordinate multiple deliveries under deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with logistics documentation and inventoryrecords.

Ability to operate a forklift and possession of a valid forklift certificate are added advantages (not compulsory).

Plan and coordinate daily deliveries, collections, transportation, and dispatch schedules.

Liaise with transporters, customers, production, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Prepare and verify delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and warehouse-related documents.

Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and loading of goods.

Monitor inventory movement, maintain accurate stock records, and assist with regular stock counts.

Ensure safe material handling, proper warehouse organisation, and timely resolution of delivery or stock discrepancies.
