Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Willing to travel frequently across Malaysia.

Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.

Good observation, communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Conduct regular store inspections across Malaysia and monitor outlet performance.

Check product displays, brand visibility, stock availability and overall store conditions.

Identify operational issues and follow up with outlets to ensure problems are resolved.

Prepare inspection reports and update management on inspection findings.

Ensure outlets comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), brand guidelines and operational standards.

Coordinate with different departments to support daily operations and promotional activities.
