YANGFAN GLOBAL is looking for a qualified and empathetic Psychologist / Counsellor to join our health management team. We aim to integrate physical health, nutrition, mental wellbeing, and lifestyle to provide more comprehensive support for our clients.

We Are Looking for More Than Just a Role

Health concerns are often not simply caused by “eating the wrong food”. Stress, emotions, sleep, daily routines, and long-term habits can all affect a person’s health choices. If you would like to use your expertise to support clients in making gradual changes—from physical health to mental wellbeing and lifestyle—we welcome you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct mental health and emotional wellbeing assessments for clients.

* Help clients understand the relationship between stress, emotions, and lifestyle habits.

* Provide one-to-one counselling and emotional support.

* Support clients in developing healthier lifestyle habits and positive behavioral changes.

* Provide professional support for clients facing long-term stress, emotional difficulties, or lifestyle imbalance.

* Assist in designing mental health and mindset-related courses.

* Participate in online classes, talks, workshops, and offline events.

* Work closely with doctors, dietitians, and the health management team.

* Identify clients who require further medical or psychological treatment when necessary, and make appropriate referrals.

What We Are Looking For

* Qualification in Psychology, Counselling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

* Experience in counselling, psychological support, or behavioural change is preferred.

* Strong communication skills and empathy.

* Able to communicate with clients in a simple, practical, and relatable way.

* Interest in health management, chronic disease, and lifestyle improvement.

* Candidates with good Mandarin communication skills are preferred.

* English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency will be an added advantage.
