Tian Cheng Technology builds custom ERP, business software and AI automation to help businesses manage their daily operations.

We’re looking for an AI Product Engineer who enjoys understanding how businesses work and building software that makes those workflows better.

What you will do

• Develop business applications, ERP features and dashboards.
• Connect APIs, databases and existing business systems.
• Build AI automation and chatbot features for real business workflows.
• Test, debug and document features before release.
• Collaborate with the team to improve usability and reliability.

What we’re looking for

• 1+ year of hands-on software development experience.
• Comfortable building applications and working with APIs, databases and Git.
• Practical familiarity with AI tools, LLM APIs or workflow automation.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
• Able to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur.
