We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Financing professional to join our team in Malaysia and play a key role in supporting business growth through financing solutions.

This role will focus on building strong relationships with banks, leasing companies, and financial institutions, while developing flexible and competitive financing structures that help our sales team convert opportunities into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financing Channel Development (Core)

• Lead the development and maintenance of local financing channels, including banks, leasing companies, and other financial institutions

• Build a stable financing network to provide diverse financing options (e.g., Hire Purchase, Leasing, Term Loan) for the sales team

• Continuously optimize financing resources to improve approval efficiency and strengthen partnerships

2. Sales Enablement (Core)

• Work closely with the sales team to design tailored financing solutions based on customer needs

• Provide various financing structure options to improve sales conversion rates

• Deliver training and support to the sales team on financing-related matters

3. Financing Solutions & Cost Optimization

• Analyze cost structures of different financing options

• Optimize financing portfolios to reduce overall financing costs

• Drive the implementation of competitive financing solutions (e.g., low down payment, flexible repayment terms)

4. Risk Control & Credit Assessment

• Conduct basic credit assessments of customers to identify potential risks

• Ensure risks are controlled while supporting sales growth

5. Internal & External Coordination

• Liaise with headquarters and local teams on financing and risk-related matters

• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure smooth financing processes

• Support compliance with local regulatory requirements in Malaysia

6. Other Responsibilities

• Perform any other duties assigned by management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, International Trade, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financing, banking, leasing, or related experience in heavy equipment industry.

• Experience in construction machinery, heavy equipment, or B2B industries is an advantage

• Familiar with the Malaysian financing market and financial institutions

• Good understanding of financing products (Hire Purchase, Leasing, Loans, etc.)

• Strong capability in financing solution design and cost analysis

• Strong business development and negotiation skills

• Basic risk awareness and credit assessment capability
