JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage the full set of accounts and handle daily accounting tasks, including account reconciliations, with minimal supervision.
• Ensure all financial records are accurate and comply with company policies, accounting standards, statutory requirements, and tax regulations.
• Prepare and monitor budgets to support business operations and financial planning.
• Monitor cash flow, income, expenses, and payments to ensure proper financial management.
• Assist management with budgeting, tax matters, and financial planning.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions and supporting documents.
• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial reports to support business planning and decision-making.
• Oversee daily accounting activities, including invoice checking, payment processing, transaction monitoring, and updating financial records.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve financial efficiency.
• Liaise with external auditors and prepare the necessary documents and schedules for audit purposes.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in handling a full set of accounts independently.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, bookkeeping, and tax regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with different departments.
• Willing to work in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,250.00 per hour
