Responsibilities:

• Multi-Outlet Operations: Oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent execution.
• Sales & Profitability: Drive sales growth, achieve business targets, and improve outlet profitability.
• Cost Management: Monitor and control labour costs, food costs, inventory, wastage, and other operating expenses.
• People Management: Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and outlet teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Customer Experience: Ensure excellent customer service, food quality, and service standards across all outlets.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, halal requirements, and operational policies.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyse outlet performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective action plans.
• Business Improvement: Execute company initiatives, promotions, and operational projects to enhance business performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/ Food Service/ Food Science/ Hospitality/ Retail Management or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the food and beverage (F&B) or chain restaurant industry, preferably with multi-outlet management experience.
• Proven track record in driving sales, managing operating costs, and achieving business targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, labour cost, and outlet performance reports.
• Able to work independently, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel between outlets and work extended hours when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
