Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Warehouse & Logistic Assistant cum Despatch to support our daily warehouse and logistics operations. The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate handling of goods from receiving and storage through to delivery.

The position also involves despatch duties, including delivering parcels and goods to customers, suppliers, and other locations in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods.
• Prepare and label incoming materials for production.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery according to schedule.
• Arrange and coordinate deliveries.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods.
• Organise and maintain proper warehouse storage.
• Perform despatch duties, including delivering goods to customers, suppliers, and other locations.
• Ensure all deliveries are handled safely and delivered on time.
• Maintain proper documentation for goods received and delivered.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of working experience in a similar warehouse, logistics, or despatch role.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
• Physically fit and able to handle loading and unloading activities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to perform hands-on warehouse and delivery duties.
• Forklift driving skills/certification will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with warehouse and delivery procedures is an advantage.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
