Support the management of employee learning and development needs.
Plan and coordinate staff welfare activities, training programs, and teambuilding events.
Assist in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flows.
Contribute to campus recruitment efforts, including internship and management trainee hiring plans.
Participate in the full recruitment cycle for BBP’s internship and scholarship programmes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Liaise with universities, engage with students, and post job advertisements to enhance employer branding.
Welcome new interns to the organization and help coordinate and conduct orientation sessions.
Perform data entry and support analysis for HR metrics and reports.
Collaborate on various HR initiatives and projects, providing insights and support as needed.
Assist in administering employee benefits such as health insurance and other policies.
Support the coordination and documentation of exit interviews.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Highly meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized in completing tasks.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and build rapport confidently
Able commit to 6 months internship from January to June 2027
