We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and technically capable Technical Support to join our Technical Support (TS) Team.

The role involves IT technical support, troubleshooting, installation, configuration, maintenance, project deployment, and client support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic remote and on-site technical support to clients.

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.

• Assist with installation, configuration, testing, and deployment of IT systems and equipment.

• Install and configure computers, laptops, printers, scanners, network devices, and IT peripherals.

• Assist with basic LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and network troubleshooting.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment.

• Assist with software installation, system updates, hardware replacement, and basic repairs.

• Conduct site visits and provide technical support to clients when required.

• Assist with project implementation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

• Prepare service, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting reports.

• Maintain accurate equipment and technical activity records.

• Escalate complex technical issues to senior technical personnel.

Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Networking, Electronics, or a related technical field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking.

• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and network devices is an advantage.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a technical team.

• Willing to travel to client sites when required.

• Possess own transportation will be an advantage.
