Job Descriptions

• Assist in managing overall sales admin operation for the company.
• Work closely with the salesperson related to sales administrations support.
• Monitor dealer’s collection or allocation and dealer ordering or incoming stock.
• Responsible in preparing sales order, key in sales order into NAV system, check account and do activation when required.
• Monitor dealer incentive payment schedule.
• Liaise with other department, provide allocation to relevant department for bike preparation.
• Manage Approved Permit distribution and dealers collection.
• Assist in coordinating shipment arrival and sales billing.
• Assist in preparing event report and sales meeting minutes.
• Provide admin support to dealer incentive trip / campaign.
• Support event/campaign/sales activities during the weekend as and when required.
• Communicate and liaise with the dealers from time to time and handle inquiries from dealers.
• To support HR related works in the Department ie. check staff attendance, staffs claims and others.
• Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the company from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in administration or any equivalent field.
• Minimum 2 years of total experiences with minimum 1 year of working experience in sales administration or sales environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Offices such as word, excel, powerpoint, outlook, etc.
• Possess good understanding of sales procedure flow and process.
• Able to communicate and coordinate well with all levels of people.
• Good in statistics calculation and analysis.
• Able to perform work with the minimum supervision, independent and willingness to learn new things.
• Familiarity with administrative or sales related tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
