岗位职责

Manage own customer deliveries, including scheduling, vehicle preparation, PDI and customer handover.
Ensure all vehicles meet required quality, readiness and safety standards before release.
Oversee Delivery Specialists and ensure compliance with SOPs and delivery checklists.
Monitor team KPIs including delivery punctuality, NPS/CSAT, vehicle readiness and checklist compliance.
Act as the escalation point for delivery issues, vehicle defects and customer concerns.
Coach and support Delivery Specialists to improve performance and customer experience.
Support hiring, onboarding and training of Delivery Specialists, Admin and Drivers.
Coordinate with Sales, Aftersales, CRA, JPJ and other supporting teams.
Monitor delivery calendar, hub capacity and daily operations.
Ensure accurate maintenance of delivery trackers, documentation and SharePoint records.
Conduct root-cause analysis on delayed/failed deliveries and drive process improvements.

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Automotive, Operations or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in automotive, logistics or customer delivery operations.
Experience in supervising or leading a team.
Strong coordination, communication and customer service skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Able to manage multiple deliveries and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with SharePoint/CRM is an advantage.
Possess a valid driving licence.
