• Prepare and set up the restaurant before, during and after operations.
• Provide friendly, efficient and professional service to hotel guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Assist with buffet operations, functions and hotel events.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables, equipment and dining areas.
• Assist with basic F&B operational duties when required.
• Follow hotel service standards, food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Job Type: Full-time
