Must possess a valid and recognised safety-related certification.

At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in workplace safety, health, or environmental compliance is preferred.

Good knowledge of occupational safety regulations, risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety reporting.

Familiar with conducting safety inspections, toolbox briefings, and employee safety training.

Strong communication, reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Able to liaise effectively with employees, contractors, management, and relevant authorities.

Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Candidates with experience in fire protection systems and piping construction are preferred.

Monitor workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with company safety procedures and applicable requirements.

Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards.

Prepare safety reports, inspection records, risk-assessment documents, and other compliance-related documentation.

Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and training sessions to promote safety awareness among employees.

Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses; recommend suitable corrective and preventive actions.

Follow up on safety issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented within the required timeframe.

Liaise with relevant authorities, contractors, and internal departments on safety-related matters.

Ensure safety equipment, signage, and emergency facilities are properly maintained and available.

Support the development and improvement of workplace safety policies, procedures, and emergency-response plans.

Perform other safety, health, and compliance duties assigned by management.
