Job Descriptions:

• Engaging with potential customers and understanding their needs to recommend suitable products and services
• Delivering compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing deals and completing necessary documentation
• Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and contributing to team sales goals
• Providing accurate product information and guidance to customers to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
• Following up with leads and customers to maximise conversion rates and customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with colleagues and management to share best practices and improve overall sales performance
• Attending training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements:

• At least 21 years and above
• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Marketing/Sales or equivalent
• Have relevant sales working experience in automotive line
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to identify and understand customer needs
• Professional presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently whilst being a collaborative team player
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus
• Valid driving licence and reliable transport
• Willingness to undertake product training and professional development

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
