About the Job

We’re looking for a passionate, organised, and proactive EdTech Operations & Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in pogramme operations, event coordination, marketing, content creation, and educational technology. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals and play a key role in delivering engaging educational programmes while supporting our marketing and brand initiatives. .

What You’ll Do

• Support the planning and coordination of after-school programmes, holiday camps, workshops, and educational events.
• Assist with programme scheduling, student registrations, attendance tracking, logistics, and day-to-day operations.
• Prepare and organise learning materials, programme resources, and marketing materials.
• Support the promotion of programmes and events through social media and other marketing channels.
• Assist with creating social media content, captions, visuals, flyers, and other promotional materials.
• Coordinate with schools, teachers, parents, and internal teams to support programme delivery and promotions.
• Assist with content planning, social media updates, and maintaining marketing assets and calendars.
• Support administrative tasks, documentation, reporting, and basic marketing performance tracking.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research and contribute ideas to improve our programmes, processes, and marketing efforts.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• Strong organisational, communication, and creative skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Familiar with social media platforms; Canva or basic design skills are a plus.
• Passionate about education, technology, and creating meaningful learning experiences
