Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the childcare centre.
• Supervise, guide and monitor teachers and staff performance.
• Manage staff scheduling, duties and daily centre activities.
• Ensure children's safety, health, hygiene, nutrition and daily care are properly maintained.
• Monitor learning activities and children's development.
• Review teachers' lesson plans and children's progress reports.
• Handle parent enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Assist with centre visits, trial sessions and new student registration.
• Monitor centre inventory, supplies and operational needs.
• Conduct staff coaching, training and on-the-job guidance.
• Prepare operational and staff performance reports for management.
• Ensure centre operations comply with relevant SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate parent, community and centre activities.

Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
