Looking for a detail-oriented and organised Inventory & Order Processing Executive to join our Warehouse team.

Location: Sunway Damansara

Position: Inventory & Order Processing Executive

Department: Warehouse

What You’ll Do

* Manage and monitor daily inventory activities and stock movement

* Ensure inventory records are accurate and updated in the system

* Process customer orders and coordinate Delivery Orders (DO)

* Monitor order fulfilment and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time

* Coordinate with Warehouse, Operations and relevant departments

* Monitor stock availability and identify discrepancies or shortages

* Conduct stock counts and assist with stock reconciliation

* Prepare inventory and order fulfilment reports

* Support the team in improving inventory and order processing processes

What We’re Looking For

* Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or related field

* 2–3 years of relevant experience in inventory, warehouse, order processing or supply chain

* Experience in F&B / Food Manufacturing is an added advantage

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Good coordination and communication skills

* Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
