Minimum SKM certificate (level 3) in automotive/mechanical or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of working experience as technician in automotive repairs industry

Possess MT, RT and DT capabilities

Possess basic reading and writing skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia to comprehend service/repair order

Possess a valid class D driving license

Possess basic computer skills

Co-ordinate with Service Advisor on work progress status and when additional job is identified

Monitor workshop Job Control Board in order to maintain synchronization between reception and workshop Job Control Board

Conduct final inspection for all repair and service

Upkeep of tools and equipment

Responsible for Job Controller job functions for small intake dealers

Window person (PIC) for PDI-related function
