• Prior experience as a barista, tearista, service crew, or F&B team member is preferred (entry-level candidates with a passion for learning are welcome).

• Skills for handling transactions and managing POS systems.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of tea/coffee brewing techniques and beverage recipes is an added advantage.

1. Drink Preparation & Counter Operations

* Prepare, brew, and serve a wide range of beverages (e.g., tea-based drinks, espresso, boba, handcrafted beverages) accurately according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines.

* Operate beverage equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., espresso machines, tea brewers, sealers, ice machines, grinders).

2. Customer Service & Hospitality

* Warmly greet customers, answer inquiries regarding the menu, and provide personalized drink recommendations.

* Handle customer feedback and requests promptly and professionally to ensure a positive guest experience.

* Maintain a neat, professional appearance and adhere to company dress code standards.

3. Inventory & Shop Maintenance

* Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including machine setup, cash count, and beverage area sanitation.

* Keep counter, seating, and preparation areas clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.

* Monitor daily inventory, report low stock levels, and ensure fresh ingredients are properly stored and rotated using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.

4. Quality & Compliance

* Comply strictly with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

* Assist in periodic inventory audits and cleanliness inspections.
