Prepare and assist for pre and post contract:

- Cost Estimates & Plans

- Bills of Quantities & Tender/Contract Documents

- Tender Report

- Attending Site Valuation & Meetings

- Final Accounts

Requirements:

- Candidate must posses at least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying.

- Posses own transport and able to travel outstation if necessary.

- Hard-working, self independent & motivated and meet deadlines.

- Good knowledge and familiarity with BIM, Glodon, CostX & Revit would be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
