Job Scope: Plant Machinery Technician Supervisor

• Supervise technicians in daily maintenance and repair work.
• Ensure all plant machinery and equipment are in good working condition.
• Carry out machinery inspections and troubleshoot problems.
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate machinery breakdown repairs.
• Ensure all maintenance work follows safety procedures.
• Monitor spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.
• Guide technicians and assign daily tasks.
• Maintain maintenance records and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimise machinery downtime.
• Ensure maintenance work is completed safely and on time.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,100.00 per month
