Job Title: Senior Business Development

Company: Asset Management and Protection Services Sdn Bhd (AMPS)

Location: Taman Suntex, Cheras, Selangor

Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,500 per month

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development professional to drive business growth, acquire new clients, manage tenders and develop strategic relationships to expand our security services business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives to achieve company growth targets.
• Develop strategies to promote security services and expand the client base.
• Identify new leads and business opportunities through market analysis.
• Manage enquiries, leads and tenders through to contract award.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Operations and other departments on manpower requirements and costing.
• Prepare business development reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development.
• Experience in the security services industry is an advantage.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and tenders.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-driven and able to work independently.
