Chaéva is a preloved and vintage apparel business.We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day operations:

Job Responsibilities

• Iron and sort scarves according to size & material.
• Inspect scarves for stains, flaws and other condition issues.
• Fold, hang and prepare scarves for sale, photography, TikTok Live and walk-in sessions.
• Pack customer orders neatly according to our packing standard.
• Prepare airway bills and parcels for courier pickup.
• Tag and label new stock with item codes and prices.
• Organise scarves and maintain inventory records.
• Update stock status including available, reserved and sold items.
• Keep the showroom, stock area and workspace organised.
• Prepare scarves before TikTok Live sessions.
• Assist the hosts during Live sessions and separate sold items afterwards.
• Assist with other day-to-day operational tasks when required.

Who We’re Looking For

• Careful, organised and detail-oriented.
• Responsible and able to commit consistently to the agreed working schedule.
• Comfortable handling delicate and preloved items.
• Able to follow instructions and established processes.
• Able to work independently once trained.
• Comfortable working in a small business environment where daily tasks may vary.
• Preferably residing near Cahaya SPK, Seksyen U9, Shah Alam or surrounding areas.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the workplace.

Pay: RM10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
