Key Responsibilities

• Deliver functional support for SAP PP (Production Planning) and PM (Plant Maintenance) processes across both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA platforms.
• Act as the primary liaison for business users, resolving functional issues and providing system guidance on PP‑PM processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis of recurring problems and collaborate with technical teams to implement sustainable solutions.
• Partner with cross‑functional and technical teams to ensure smooth integration between PP‑PM and other SAP modules.
• Support and monitor interfaces between SAP and external systems to maintain data consistency and process alignment.
• Participate in system enhancements, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate a proactive, collaborative, and resourceful approach in achieving business and project objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP PP‑PM in support and/or implementation roles.
• Involvement in at least one end‑to‑end SAP PP‑PM implementation project.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Practical experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL Certification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a global support or AMS environment is preferred.

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
