Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and other teaching activities for Foundation in Arts students.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Promote active learning and student engagement through effective teaching strategies.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Apply Outcome-Based Education (OBE) principles in teaching and learning.
• Ensure teaching and assessment practices align with MQA requirements and institutional academic standards.
• Participate in curriculum development, academic meetings, and quality assurance activities.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Communication or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Communication and relevant subject areas.
• Good teaching, communication, and student engagement skills.
• Digital literacy and the ability to incorporate technology into teaching and learning.
• Knowledge of OBE, MQA requirements, assessment methods, and academic quality assurance.
• A creative mindset, positive attitude, and commitment to student development.

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
