Overview:

We are looking for a creative and proactive IP Content Creator to develop and grow our founder’s personal brand across social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content that showcases his personality, business insights, leadership journey, and lifestyle while increasing online visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Personal Branding & Content Strategy

• Develop content strategies and creative ideas to build the founder’s personal brand and online influence.

• Identify suitable content themes, including business insights, entrepreneurship, leadership, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes moments.

• Plan a content calendar aligned with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.

2. Content Creation & Production

• Plan, script, film, and edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, FB, TikTok, XHS and etc.

• Coordinate filming sessions and capture interviews, daily activities, business insights, and behind-the-scenes content.

• Create compelling storylines and relatable videos that reflect the founder’s personality and personal brand.

3. Social Media Management

• Manage content planning, scheduling, and publishing across relevant social media platforms.

• Monitor social media trends and incorporate suitable formats, topics, and creative approaches.

• Maintain a consistent tone of voice and personal image across all platforms.

4. Audience Growth & Performance Tracking

• Develop creative approaches to increase views, reach, engagement, and follower growth.

• Monitor audience feedback, comments, and social media performance.

• Analyze content results and recommend improvements to strengthen audience engagement and online visibility.

5. Marketing Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing team to align personal branding content with the company’s overall brand strategy.

• Identify opportunities to feature company products, business milestones, events, and industry insights naturally within the content.
